My Story

From Injury to

I'm Nathan Castillo — most people call me Nate. I'm a personal trainer based in Orange, California with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton. For the last 8+ years I've helped men build muscle, lose fat, gain confidence, and create a body that lasts.

My passion for coaching came from my own journey. Early on, I tore up my shoulder from training the wrong way — I thought more was always better. It took time to learn that real results come from smart programming, proper recovery, and consistency. Not just grinding harder.

That experience shaped everything about how I coach today. I specialize in helping men over 35 get stronger, leaner, and healthier without living in the gym. Evidence-based training, flexible nutrition, and practical coaching that fits into a real life with a real job.
