Carson

"He came in wanting to look like a Greek god and planned to go solo after his contract. Instead he kept going — because he saw what quality coaching actually feels like."
Carson
Carson came to me about 6 months ago with a very clear goal: he wanted to look like a Greek god by the time we were done. I loved the energy. From day one we sat down, talked through what he really wanted, and I gave him a realistic picture of what we could accomplish together. He was locked in from the jump.
Every single session with Carson was a learning experience — that's intentional. I'm not just here to count reps, I'm here to educate. The reality is 99% of people aren't training in the most efficient, effective way for their body, and my job is to change that. Carson soaked it all up and showed up ready every time. On the days he didn't want to come in, I held him accountable anyway. He may not have appreciated it in the moment, but that's what gets results.
Over 6 months, Carson transformed — not just physically, but mentally. He came in wanting to jumpstart his fitness journey and planned to go off on his own after our contract. Instead, he decided to keep going because he saw what quality coaching actually feels like. That says everything.
Carson is 22, handling bills and rent on his own, and still made it work. I keep my pricing accessible on purpose — I'm not in this for the money, I'm in it to change lives. The results speak for themselves.
Proud of you, Carson — and yeah, the friendship is here to stay. Now let's keep building. 💪

Juan
Juan came to me feeling like he had lost control of his body and needed help getting back on track. He'd been trying to do it alone but quickly realized he needed guidance — both in the gym and with his diet. After finding me on Yelp and reading through my reviews, he decided to give it a shot.
We got to work right away. I taught him proper exercise technique from the ground up, checked in with him constantly, and pushed him to his limits while making sure he had all the support he needed to get past them. Within 3 months he was confident enough to train on his own — knowing his form, knowing his limits, and knowing exactly how to push himself safely.
On the nutrition side, we built a meal plan around his lifestyle and protein goals. At one point progress stalled, so I started digging into his diet and cooking habits. We quickly found the culprit: he was using way too much oil when cooking. We fixed it, and the results came back fast. By the end of our time together, Juan had lost 5% body fat and gained about 7 lbs of muscle in just 3 months.
He put in the work, stayed committed, and now continues his fitness journey on his own with the tools and knowledge we built together. That's exactly the goal. Proud of you, Juan!
Brandon
Brandon came to me extremely hesitant and nervous, unsure if training would even work for him. From day one he was honest with me — he had no confidence, hated his body, and couldn't even look in the mirror. I didn't judge him for that. Instead, we talked about how we could change him, not just physically but mentally too.
We built a plan around his goals, but also addressed the posture and back pain that had been bothering him from work. On the nutrition side it was a little trial and error at first, but we dialed it in quickly, adjusting his calories strategically as the weight came off.
Brandon was intimidated by the workouts and the weights early on, but I made sure to break everything down and reassure him of what he was capable of. He'd text me at 11pm not knowing what to eat, and I was right there with examples and answers. That's just part of the job — being present and responsive, no matter the time.
After 3 months, Brandon lost 30 lbs, dropped 8% body fat, and gained 6 lbs of muscle. But honestly, what I'm most proud of is the mental shift. He went from avoiding the mirror to posing in it. That's everything.
He put in the work, trusted the process, and now has everything he needs to keep going on his own. That's the goal every time. Proud of you, Brandon — glad to call you a friend. 💪
Damian
Damian came to me in April of 2023 — skinny, tall, and struggling to put on weight. He had no idea how to eat for muscle gain, wasn't sure how to perform exercises correctly, and was dealing with elbow pain from a dislocation years back. We had some things to work through, but that's exactly what I'm here for.
We built a nutrition plan around his goal of gaining muscle mass and got to work fixing his movement patterns in the gym. For his elbow, I incorporated specific exercises to not only relieve the pain but rebuild strength in that joint. Within the first 3 months alone he put on 8–10 lbs and was already moving and feeling significantly stronger than day one.
But Damian didn't stop there. He kept showing up, kept putting in the work, and the results kept coming. By March of 2024 — about a year in — he went from 150 lbs all the way to 173 lbs. That's 23 lbs of quality muscle gained.
The strength gains were just as impressive. He came in only able to deadlift 100 lbs; his PR is now 225 lbs. We also hit new PRs on his squats and bench press along the way.
What I'm most proud of is that Damian went from just trying to survive workouts to genuinely loving the process. That's when real, long-term results happen. He exceeded every expectation he had for himself — and honestly, that's what this is all about. Keep going, Damian. You've got no ceiling. 💪
Namanh
Namanh came to me having never stepped foot in a gym before. His only fitness background was bodyweight exercises, and on top of that he has a short Achilles tendon that slightly limits his ankle mobility. He'd taken a year off from working out and came to me with one clear goal: gain weight and learn how to do it the right way.
He found me on Instagram and reached out, and from day one I knew he was going to be a great client — coachable, curious, and consistent.
I built him structured monthly workout plans so he always knew exactly what he was walking into the gym to do. Every session I coached him through proper form, explained what each exercise was targeting, and paid close attention to his mechanics — especially given his ankle limitations. When his form was off, we fixed it on the spot.
After every session I'd check in on his nutrition and answer any questions he had. If he asked me something I didn't have an immediate answer to, I'd research it on my own time and come back with a source. That's just the standard I hold myself to.
In six months, Namanh went from 140 lbs to 157 lbs — 17 lbs gained, 10 of which were pure muscle. His muscle mass jumped from 63.5 lbs to 74.1 lbs and his body fat dropped from 19.1% to 17.7%. For someone who had never touched a weight before, those numbers are exceptional.
Namanh put in the work and trusted the process every step of the way. Watching someone go from never being in a gym to moving confidently and building real strength — that's why I do this. Proud of you, Namanh. 💪
Rodney
Rodney found me on Instagram, and honestly didn't even know me personally. We went to the same high school but ran in different circles. What he did know was that he was ready to change his life, and he trusted me to help him do it. That leap of faith alone told me everything I needed to know about him.
For 2 months, Rodney showed up 3 times a week and executed. No excuses, no shortcuts — just locked in and followed the coaching to a tee. I poured everything I know into him, and he absorbed every bit of it.
The results? He lost body fat, built real muscle, and most importantly walked away with a confidence he didn't have when he first walked through the door. I don't need to list the numbers — the transformation speaks for itself.
This is exactly why I do what I do. Someone who didn't even know me personally trusted the process, put in the work, and came out a different person on the other side. Proud of you, Rodney — this is just the beginning. 💪
Jorge
Jorge came to me in late October after a serious mountain biking accident that had left his left shoulder in bad shape. At his worst, he couldn't even carry a water bottle with that arm. We had to be smart about this one.
Every session we made sure to properly prime his shoulder before touching any loaded movements. I pushed him to get stronger, but always within reason — protecting that joint while gradually rebuilding the strength around it was the priority. No shortcuts.
Beyond the rehab side, we worked on his overall mechanics and made sure he understood the why behind every exercise we did. I also stayed on him about his nutrition, consistently encouraging him to eat more to support his recovery and growth. That piece made a bigger difference than he expected.
By the end of our time together, Jorge was benching more than he ever had — surpassing what he was doing before the 2020 lockdown. But the result I'm most proud of? His confidence. He went from a guy dealing with a serious injury and insecurities to taking his shirt off in the gym without a second thought. That's a full transformation, inside and out.
Most importantly, Jorge left with something that lasts beyond any program: a love for the process. Once you have that, there's no stopping you. Keep going, Jorge. 💪
